By booking a tour with Drogheda Food Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
1. Booking & Payment

• All tours must be booked in advance through our website or authorised partners.

• Full payment (€80 per person) is required at the time of booking.

• Group and private tours may be subject to custom pricing.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable but transferable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 
2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customer cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the tour for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

• If you are late, we cannot guarantee the ability to join the group or receive a refund.

• Drogheda Food Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour for safety, weather, or operational reasons. In such cases, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.

 
3. Minimum Numbers

• Tours require a minimum of 4 participants to run. If this is not met, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and offered a full refund or alternative date.

 
4. Tour Experience

• Tours last approximately 2 hours and cover multiple walking stops (approx. 2km).

• Participants must be able to walk unaided. Please notify us in advance if you require accessibility support.

• Tastings are included in the price and represent a sample of what each venue offers. Portion sizes are generous but may not equal a full meal.

 
5. Dietary Requirements

• We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice. However, due to the nature of the tour and third-party vendors, we cannot guarantee that all allergies or preferences can be catered for.

• It is the participant’s responsibility to inform us at booking of any food allergies or intolerances.

 
6. Alcohol Consumption

• Some tastings may include alcoholic beverages. You must be 18 or over to participate in alcohol tastings.

• Drogheda Food Tours promotes responsible drinking and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence.

 
7. Health & Safety

• Participants take part in the tour at their own risk. Drogheda Food Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour.

• We encourage appropriate footwear and weather-appropriate clothing.

• In the event of severe weather, we may reschedule or cancel the tour with notice.

 
8. Children & Families

• Our public tours are recommended for ages 12 and up.

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please contact us for family-friendly or private tour options.

 
9. Photography & Media

• We occasionally take photographs or videos during tours for promotional use.

• By joining a tour, you consent to being included in such material unless you inform us otherwise in advance.

 
10. Gift Vouchers & Promo Codes

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and must be used for a booking within that period.

• Promo codes or discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retroactively applied.

 
11. Changes to Itinerary

• All tastings and locations are subject to change based on availability or operational reasons. We aim to provide a high-quality experience and will substitute venues with equal or greater value when needed.
